2) Fill out *FORM 17 – EL Boundary Description form

3) Fill out *FORM 20 – EL Exploration Work Programme

4) Copy of the Certificate of your company’s incorporation with IPA

5) Proof of your company’s Financial Capacity – provide latest Bank Statement

6) Proof of your company’s Technical Expertise – provide CVs of your key staff who will do the exploration work.

7) Provide Proposed Expenditure budget against the exploration work programme over the period of the exploration licence which is 2 yrs.

Note: Minimum expenditure requirement is K400/sub-block.

8) EL Application fee of K5000

9) A security deposit of K6000 is to be paid upon grant of an EL
