The Regulatory Operations Division overall function is to implement and administer regulatory functions to the mining industry by ensuring compliance to the Mining Act 1992 and the Mine Safety Act and relevant legislations as required my law.
The division is headed by an Executive Manager whose role is to ensure the division provides efficient and effective services to its clients.
